Gi and No-Gi • Beginner to Advanced
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for Real-World Control
Learn leverage-based grappling that works regardless of size: control positions, escape safely and finish with submissions. Fundamentals-first classes with live positional rounds in every session, led by black belt Diego Navarro.
What To Expect
Position before submission
New students start in BJJ Fundamentals: breakfalls, escapes, guard retention and two high-percentage submissions, drilled slowly and then tested in short positional rounds. Advanced students progress to Gi and No-Gi classes with deeper systems, competition preparation and open-mat sparring every Friday.
Fundamentals Track
A 16-week beginner curriculum that takes you from day one to your first live rounds.
Gi & No-Gi
Separate classes for both styles so you can specialize or train everything.
Positional Rounds
Every class ends with controlled live training matched to your level.
Stripe Testing
Clear promotion criteria reviewed with you quarterly — no politics, no guessing.
BJJ Class Times
Six days on the mat
Fundamentals daily, Gi on Mon/Wed, No-Gi on Tue/Thu, and open mat Friday and Saturday.
Inside The Program
Built for smaller defenders too
Yes. Beginners drill technique without resistance for the first weeks and enter positional rounds gradually. Tapping early is taught on day one, and coaches supervise every round.
No. Wear athletic clothes without zippers for your trial — we lend gis and have no-gi loaner gear. Most students buy their first gi within the first month.
Most consistent students (2–3 sessions per week) reach blue belt in 12–18 months. Your promotion criteria are written down and reviewed with you every quarter.
Your first roll is free.
Join a fundamentals class, borrow the gear, and feel why BJJ is called the gentle art.
