Quick Answers for New Members
Not at all. Introductory sessions cover stance, movement and safety first. Instructors scale each exercise to the individual, so newcomers and veterans share the floor comfortably.
Our youth classes welcome ages 5 through 12. If your child falls outside that bracket, reach out and we will point you toward the best option.
Just bring stretchy gym clothes. Your instructor will outline the kit needed down the line — loaner gloves and uniforms cover your trial.
Never unless you ask. People train here for fitness, self-assurance, usable skills or tournaments. Contest preparation happens only for volunteers who request it.
Absolutely. Submit the trial request form and our staff will match you with a suitable class. That opening visit is free, with zero pressure to enroll.
Definitely. Ridgeline runs distinct youth and adult tracks all week, letting parents and children practice at one location, frequently in consecutive slots.
