Kids Martial Arts That Builds Focus and Confidence

Safe, high-energy classes where children ages 5–12 learn real martial arts technique alongside discipline, respect and stranger-awareness — all through games, drills and belt progression that rewards effort.

What To Expect

Discipline disguised as fun

Every kids class follows the same proven structure: warm-up and coordination games, technique of the week, supervised partner practice, and mat chats about respect, focus and handling bullying. Classes are grouped by age and experience, so your child is always training with peers at the right level.

Age-Based Groups

Separate mats and drills for ages 5–7 and 8–12, so instruction always fits.

Belt Progression

Stripes and belts reward attendance, effort and technique — never just winning.

Bully Prevention

Verbal boundaries, safe escapes and when to get an adult, practiced monthly.

Parent Viewing

Watch every class from the viewing area and track progress with coach check-ins.

Inside The Program

More than kicks and punches

Comfortable athletic clothes are perfect. We lend a uniform (gi) for the trial class, and you can order one at the front desk if you join.

Stripes are awarded roughly every 6–8 weeks for consistent attendance and technique. Full belt tests happen three times a year with parents invited to watch.

Yes — every kids class has parent viewing. Coaches also hold brief progress check-ins each quarter so you always know how your child is doing.

Let them try a class free.

No experience needed. Borrow a uniform, meet Coach Priya, and see the difference one class makes.
