Muay Thai & Kickboxing That Hits Different
Master the art of eight limbs: punches, kicks, knees and elbows drilled on pads and bags, layered with the conditioning to throw them hard for three full rounds. No experience needed — led by former regional competitor Kevin Tran.
What To Expect
Technique first, cardio always
Each 60-minute class opens with jump rope and shadowboxing, moves into the combination of the week on Thai pads with a partner, then finishes with heavy-bag rounds and core work. Muay Thai Basics slows everything down for newcomers; evening classes add clinch work and controlled sparring for those who want it.
Pad Rounds
Hold and hit Thai pads every class — the fastest way to build real timing.
Bag Conditioning
Heavy-bag intervals that build cardio, shin conditioning and power.
Clinch & Defense
Head movement, checks, catches and clinch entries taught step by step.
Gear Provided
Borrow gloves and shin guards for your trial; wraps are yours to keep.
Striking Class Times
Hit pads five days a week
Basics for newcomers, all-levels pad classes daily, and Saturday bag rounds to close the week.
Inside The Program
The best cardio you will never dread
Absolutely — most students start exactly there. Work at your own pace, rest when you need to, and the conditioning builds within weeks. Basics classes are the perfect entry point.
Only if and when you choose to. Sparring is optional, always supervised, and starts with light technical rounds. Most members train for months on pads and bags before ever sparring.
Just workout clothes for your trial — gloves, shin guards and headgear are free to borrow. When you join, coaches will help you pick your own gloves and wraps.
Wrap up and hit pads free.
Your first striking class is on us — gloves included, fitness level irrelevant.
